OPTIMIZATION SERVICES
Our optimization solutions have been built with the flexibility to account for each of our client's specific business process requirements.  Assortment Optimization and Cluster Optimization are available through 7thOnline Assortment Planning or can be integrated with your current planning systems. All services can be provided in externally generated reports.

Assortment Optimization: Generates the recommended distribution of purchasing dollars across various categories and classes of merchandise by store as well as the SKU breadth and depth by store required to maximize gross margin dollar contribution

Cluster Optimization: Generates the cluster configuration at the department/class level that will optimize the distribution of units at the individual store level

Size Optimization: Recommends size profiles for open stock, pack configurations for each pack size, and distribution of open stock and packs to stores required to maximize gross margin
